Well, you just woke up and you have a beautiful day on the horizon, you get your day started and remember you just bought that new CBD Oil you want to try. The question is, when is the best time of day to take CBD Oil?
First things first - we need to make sure we're all safe. The first time you take CBD oil, take it at home, or in a private place where you can easily reflect and listen to your body. It’s important to listen closely to try to feel what its doing, how it’s affecting you. If you drive long distances to work, or operate heavy machinery, you may want to wait until the end of the day.
We are all so unique, we have unique needs and goals. Personally, I take CBD for anxiety issues so I don’t need much. It doesn’t inhibit or effect my motor skills. But, I also like to get a good workout done in the morning so I don’t take my CBD until AFTER the gym. I take it again in the afternoon before lunch, and again before dinner. That system works great for me.
For many - that is going to depend greatly on your goals, needs and what you wish to accomplish. Many take CBD for pain or to relieve discomfort in their body. You may need it several times a day, you may prefer it before bed. Or, you may only take it once in a while when needed.
For me, the key is that you take it on AN EMPTY STOMACH
We find, this not only helps with maximizing absorbing into the body, but the natural acidity in the oil has a way of cleansing the body. For this reason, we prefer it on an empty stomach.
